I will guide you to explore a sequence of gentle, mindful movements that invite you to bring awareness and connection to all of yourself. I will include sensing into internal organs, which I have found helpful in going deeper into my body experience and making my movements more fluid and pleasurable.

Drawing from the Feldenkrais Method®, Soma-Soul® Somatic Therapy, and the principles of Somatic Internal Family Systems Therapy, I offer a non-pathology-based transformative process where you are guided to:
